I had each, of the original Romeo 1 & 3 , with 3MOA dot, and the Romeo 3 had a larger lens/viewing area. The 1 PRO was lengthened to fit the new Delta Point PRO slide cut, and so as you mention, it won't fit your gun without surgery. Upon looking through the new ROMEO1PRO the first thing I noticed was the power of the new emitter package. The round glass just seems to work better and quicker for me to find the dot. For me I think the winner would be the Max over the XL. The Romeo 1 Pro seems to be as rare as hen's teeth. It was brighter than any 3 MOA dot I’ve ever looked at.
